Sociologist. Trainer and animator. Involved in Non-Governmental sector and PISOP Centre since 2006.

Experienced in local community animation and partnership building. Supports NGOs creation and development in the Wielkopolska region. She feeds her interests by preparing and carrying out social research and evaluation.

Author of articles and co-author of publications on partnerships, evaluation and work of NGOs.

The driving force behind many projects. She co-creates innovative solutions for NGOs and supports establishing social enterprises and developing the existing ones by offering mentoring and other tools.

She loves hiking, old Polish comedies and trying out new culinary recipes.
